Buccaneers WR Mike Evans Joins NFL History Books in a Unique Way

The Buccaneers went into Denver and beat the Broncos 28-10 yesterday to move their record to 2-1 on the season. Buccaneers WR Mike Evans joined the NFL history books in such a weird way yesterday. With two catches for two yards and two touchdowns, According to ESPN’s Jenna Laine, Evans became only one of two players to do this in a game in the Super Bowl era. The other player was Howard Cross for the New York Giants in 1994. Evans now has ten catches for 108 yards and four touchdowns through three games.
