NFL Reduces Preseason Games

Published by Cory Hays on

According to Pro Football Talk, the NFL is officially cutting two games from the preseason schedule this season. This move is expected to be announced officially tomorrow. The NFL will cut preseason Week 1 and Week 4 to allow for players to prepare more for the season. This will move preseason games 2 and 3 to the slots of 3 and 4. This way the season will begin on time. The Buccaneers will no longer play the Steelers and Browns but will instead face the Jaguars and Titans. There will also be no joint practices so the Buccaneers will be doing all of their training camp at AdventHealth Training Center.

They can cancel all of preseason as far as I’m concerned.
