Report: NFL Discussing Saturday Games if College Football Isn’t Played

Published by Cory Hays on

The New York Post’s Andrew Marchand reported that the NFL has been discussing having games on Saturday this fall if there is no College Football season. Some colleges across the country have made it to where students won’t return to campus until after the Summer and there has been no indication that this will change as of now. A lot of things are up in the air at the moment due to COVID-19 but the NFL is planning on having their 2020-21 season. The schedule is expected to be released within the next two weeks and will more than likely include flexibility for games. If the NFL plays games on Saturday along with the normal Sunday, Monday, and Thursday, then that will give sports and football fans across the world plenty to look forward to in the fall four days out of the week.
