Week 11 Impact Players to Watch: Buccaneers vs Saints

Published by Kevin Sloan on

Hey! Hey! Tampa Bay fans! It’s another week of Buccaneers football after having that clutch last minute win against the Arizona Cardinals last week. The Buccaneers (3-6) face Drew Brees and his NFC South leading New Orleans Saints (7-2). This game is going to be very interesting due to the Saints just having their faces punched in by the last place Atlanta Falcons. The Bucs will try that same blueprint that the Falcons did to try to make this an upset and gain that tiebreaker for the NFC South division. For this week’s matchup, I have Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston and Saints RB Alvin Kamara.

Jameis Winston Quarterback:

Coming off of a very impressive game last week, I am calling on Jameis again to be at his best and try to pull off this upset. I need Jameis to be sharp and crisp if the Buccaneers are looking to gain a couple more wins for a respectable season. His stats this season are 2,765 passing yards and 17 TDs to 14 Ints with a QBR of 83.8.

Alvin Kamara Running Back:

Kamara, who has been a Buccaneer killer for the last two seasons, is looking to get back into a groove after his stat line last week was four rushing attempts with 24 yards rushing and eight receptions. Going against the top NFL rushing Defense is a tough task and I know Brees and crew will try to work Kamara and his backup Latavius Murray into the passing game.

Lets enjoy this great football Sunday. Go Bucs!
