Impact Players to Watch: Week 9 Buccaneers vs Seahawks

Published by Kevin Sloan on

Hey! Hey! Tampa Bay fans! It’s another week of Buccaneers football after that disappointing loss in the Music City against the Tennessee Titans. The Buccaneers (2-5) now head to Seattle against the 12th Man and the Seattle Seahawks (6-2). It is the final game of this nearly two month road trip for the Bucs and then they can go home to their beds after this game and have a date with Coach Arians old team in the Arizona Cardinals. For this week’s matchup, I have the Buccaneers Offensive Laine and for the Seahawks all-pro QB Russell Wilson.

Buccaneers Offensive Line:
For the rest of the season, I want the Buccaneers Offensive Line on notice. This line has been an issue all season long and I want Center Ryan Jensen to light a fire up someones butt and make these guys play as one. Week after week we see some missed assignments and get our franchise QB put on his butt or have him scrambling for his life. Also, can we get someone to start making more holes for our running game?

I can remember in the beginning of the season Coach Arians was looking for a physical running game with someone who can hit them in the mouth like RB Ronald Jones II who has been a bright spot in the running game this season. If the Buccaneers O Line keeps shooting themselves in the foot, we are going to have a very disappointing season after all the promise of getting a proven head coach and improved coaching staff we could have a very disappointing record. If this line won’t improve, there will be changes in the off-season.

Russell Wilson Quarterback:
Seahawks QB Russell Wilson is a winner. The guy is a future hall of famer and each year he seems to be an impact QB for all fantasy football owners. The guy is amazing and his ability to move around the pocket and be a patient scrambler is a deadly combo for teams to go against.

Wilson has been named to six Pro Bowls and won a Super Bowl and he currently holds the record for the most wins by an NFL quarterback through his first seven season at 75 wins. He is only one of two quarterbacks in NFL history with a career passer rating over 100.

Russell Wilson is a two sport star who can participates in spring training in the offseason for the 27 time world champion New York Yankees. Wilson is an all-around great guy and he is going to face a tough Bucs Defense today and lets see what will happen when the 12th man faces the boys from the bay.
