Buccaneers Make No Moves as Trade Deadline Has Come and Gone

Published by Cory Hays on

The NFL trade deadline has officially expired as of 4 PM Eastern. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers did not make a move. The team was looking to add another first round pick and almost did but the deal fell through according to JC Cornell of the Draft Network. OJ Howard was discussed as a name potentially to be traded but nobody offered what the Bucs wanted or they just didn’t want to trade him. The only trade that happened before the deadline was former Buccaneers CB Aqib Talib being sent to Miami from the Rams. It was not a very eventful trade deadline on the Buccaneers or NFL front.
