Gerald McCoy: “I’m Going to Retire a Buccaneer”

Published by Cory Hays on

On Tuesday, former Buccaneer and now current Panther DT Gerald McCoy spoke to the media about the game today. He was asked about how he feels about the team and the organization. McCoy said that he doesn’t like some people in the building and those people know who they are. The biggest thing that came out of the media session however was the fact that McCoy said he spoke to the Glazers and he’ll retire a Buccaneer when the time comes. This seems to be the trend nowadays for players who spent the majority of their career with a franchise. McCoy played for the Bucs for nine seasons and  compiled 297 tackles and 54.5 sacks.
