Dare Ogunbowale Gets First Team Reps in Practice

Published by Cory Hays on

On Sunday, RB Dare Ogunbowale received reps with the first team during practice. This happened because RB Ronald Jones II has a sore knee and was held out of practice. Head Coach Bruce Arians said that Dare has earned the right to first team reps and he is right.

In the first two preseason games, Ogunbowale has posted some nice stats for a player working with the third team Offense. Against Pittsburgh, Ogunbowale had 10 carries for 34 yards and 2 TDs. Against Miami, Ogunbowale had 13 carries for 34 yards and 3 receptions for 54 yards. Dare has been having a great camp and preseason and he should make the 53 man roster as the 3rd RB and special teams player.
