Kwon Alexander set to sign with the 49ers

Published by All Things Bucs on

It’s been quite the busy Monday so far. NFL Free Agency is basically in full swing mode. NFL Teams are now able to negotiate with upcoming NFL Free Agents.

Per/PewterReport…. Kwon Alexander has agreed to a deal to the San Francisco 49ers. The Contract is expected to be a 4-Year, $54 million with $27 million guaranteed.

Last season, Kwon Alexander torn his ACL which many thought would hurt his contract value. Clearly not as he is about to receive estimated $13.5 million PER SEASON. That is pretty large. Football is a business.

Many fans will be sad to see him go, best of luck to Kwon & Family on their new adventure.

Kwon has been remarkable on and off the field. As the Buccaneers are last in the NFL in Cap-Space. We are not surprised he would get a bigger deal over the one he would receive here in Tampa. In result, a benefit came to the Buccaneers from this loss: Tampa Bay received a compensatory 2020 3rd Round Pick.

As the NFL Draft is approaching next month… Can we stay LSU LB Devin White?
