Even when Coach Dungy was fired by the Bucs in 2001. He went on to win a Super Bowl in 2007 as the first African American head coach with Indianapolis Colts, along with future Hall of Fame QB Peyton Manning.

Additionally, Coach Dungy set a record in the NFL for consecutive playoff appearances by a head coach in 2008.

Coach Dungy finished his historic coaching career in 2009 with the Colts with a career coaching record 148 wins and 79 losses and 2 super bowl titles, one as a player with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and one as the head coach of the Colts.
